The Dhirubhai Ambani University - School of Law, Gandhinagar is proud to serve as the Exclusive Academic Partner for India ADR Week 2025, organised by the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA)—India’s premier annual platform dedicated to the advancement of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
India ADR Week is widely recognised for convening global experts, arbitrators, judges, practitioners, policymakers, and academics to discuss emerging developments in arbitration, share international best practices, and strengthen India’s growing presence in the global ADR ecosystem. The 2025 edition will feature a series of expert panels, workshops, and thought-leadership sessions across several cities, engaging stakeholders who are shaping the future of commercial dispute resolution.
For the School of Law, this partnership aligns closely with its commitment to integrating arbitration and dispute resolution into contemporary legal education. Through its specialised vertical in Construction Law, Contracts & Arbitration, the University has been equipping professionals to navigate the complexities of infrastructure disputes, large-scale commercial conflicts, and cross-border contracting.
Collaboration with India ADR Week provides an important opportunity to deepen these efforts, enabling the School to contribute meaningfully to national dialogue, promote research-led insights, and support broader capacity building in dispute resolution. It marks a significant step toward strengthening India’s position in the global arbitration landscape and fostering a culture of efficient, expert-driven ADR practice.
