This was followed by insights from Mr. Ratan K. Singh, Senior Advocate, International Arbitrator, and Chairman of the Society of Construction Law–India. With more than 25 years of experience representing parties in high-value infrastructure and commercial arbitrations under leading institutional rules, Mr. Singh emphasised the importance of specialised legal capacity to navigate modern engineering and project disputes.
