The School of Law – Dhirubhai Ambani University partnered with BSES to conduct a specialised Training Workshop on the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 for its employees. The workshop aimed to strengthen organisational readiness for India’s first comprehensive data protection law and enhance institutional capacity for responsible data governance.
The DPDP Act marks a transformative shift in India’s digital regulatory landscape. As businesses increasingly operate in technology-driven environments, understanding how personal data is collected, processed, stored, and safeguarded has become central to building stakeholder trust and ensuring regulatory compliance.
