Prof. (Dr.) Avinash Dadhich, Founding Director, School of Law, Dhirubhai Ambani University, will participate as a speaker at the India Law, AI & Tech Summit 2025, contributing to discussions on artificial intelligence governance, regulatory compliance, and technology-driven legal frameworks. The Summit, organised by OakBridge, is a leading annual forum that brings together stakeholders from law, policy, technology, industry, regulatory authorities, and the judiciary to examine the legal and institutional implications of rapidly advancing digital technologies.
At the Summit, Prof. Dadhich will address how emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence, automation, data-intensive systems, and algorithmic decision-making—are reshaping traditional conceptions of legal accountability, compliance structures, and ethical governance. His intervention will draw on his work in AI law, competition regulation, data protection, and regulatory policy design, as well as his engagement with global conversations on responsible AI.
In addition to his academic leadership at the School of Law, Prof. Dadhich serves on the Global Ethical AI in Talent Board at AMS, where he contributes to the development of international frameworks on AI ethics and workforce governance.
