Designed for senior professionals, the programme positions construction law, contracts, and arbitration as strategic leadership tools. Prof. (Dr.) Avinash Dadhich is the Founding Director of the Dhirubhai Ambani University – School of Law and a Global Advisory Board Member at AMS Ethical AI, where he contributes to advancing responsible and ethical AI adoption. His academic and research expertise spans AI law and ethics, data privacy, and competition law. He has held senior academic leadership positions at Manipal Law School, MAHE, Bengaluru, and IFIM Law School, Bengaluru. Dr. Dadhich has been invited as a visiting research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, Munich; King’s College London; and leading institutions in Brussels. In addition to his academic career, he has practiced as an advocate before the Supreme Court of India and advised global law firms, consulting firms, and regulatory authorities.
Professor of Law, Vice Dean International and Executive Education
Professor Christoph Kletzer is Professor of Law at King’s College London, where he joined in 2007, having previously taught at the Universities of Cambridge and Durham. He has also served as Director of Studies in Philosophy at Queens’ College, Cambridge, and lectures at the University of Vienna. He holds MA degrees in Law and Philosophy from Vienna, and an LLM and PhD from Cambridge. His research spans legal, moral, and political philosophy, German Idealism, Weimar legal thought, and the intersection of law and technology.

Kelly Dippenaar is Senior Programme Manager for Professional and Executive Education at The Dickson Poon School of Law. She leads business development and programme delivery for customised executive education and oversees the launch of new open-enrolment courses. Kelly manages strategic partnerships and works closely with academic colleagues to ensure programmes are innovative, impactful, and delivered to the highest standards. Before joining the Law School in 2024, she held programme management roles at King’s Business School and London Business School, where she led degree programme delivery and advanced operational excellence.
Michael Brown Lecturer in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution
Dr Aleksander Godhe is the Michael Brown Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at the Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution, The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London. He is also a Visiting Fellow at the Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law and a Visiting Lecturer in English Commercial Law at the British Law Centre. Dr Godhe has extensive experience in international arbitration under SIAC, DIAC, LCIA, ICC, SCC, VIAC, and ICSID rules, having previously worked with leading British and Austrian law firms and at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he is the joint recipient of the 2024 Hudson Prize (1st place). His research focuses on construction law, international dispute resolution, and arbitration reform.

Ms. Alisha Mehta is a dispute resolution professional with experience in litigation and arbitration, including infrastructure arbitrations, real estate disputes, insolvency proceedings, and constitutional remedies. She began her career at Wadia Ghandy & Co., working with its dispute resolution teams in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. She has represented clients before courts and tribunals in Gujarat and Maharashtra and is known for her strategic legal advisory. After four years of practice, she pursued an LL.M. in Business Law at the University of Toronto on a full merit-based scholarship, specialising in international arbitration, commercial litigation, insolvency, and private international law, and gained transnational litigation and teaching experience in Canada.

David Goodman is a Managing Director in the Expert Services practice, based in London. A civil engineer and delay analyst, he has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including 17 years in project planning, strategic advisory, project management, and dispute resolution roles worldwide. He has acted as an expert witness, preparing reports and giving oral testimony on time-related disputes. His experience spans commercial and residential developments, civil infrastructure, and oil and gas projects across all project phases.

Michael is a Partner in Clyde & Co’s Projects & Construction group, specialising in complex construction and engineering disputes across the infrastructure, energy, and healthcare sectors in the UK and internationally. He advises on the full range of contentious projects matters, including PFI/PPP and P3 projects, and represents clients in the Technology and Construction Court, arbitrations, adjudications, and mediations. Michael has particular experience in Canadian P3 and healthcare disputes and is a member of the Society of Construction Law North America.
