EU GDPR, UK DPA, China's PIPL, US CCPA, OECD AI Principles, EU AI Act, and cybersecurity regulations worldwide.

Data Privacy Roadmap & Strategy (12 hours)

Data protection by design and by default, consent management, ROPA, DPIA, and breach notification protocols, data sharing agreements and other relevant aspects of implementing data protection

Implementing AI Governance (10 hours)

Learn AI Governance Impact Assessment, Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment, and maturity metrics for AI governance frameworks.

Sectoral Applications (6 hours)

Choose between FinTech track (RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, SEBI Cyber Resilience Framework) or Healthcare track (Health Data Management Policy, Electronic Health Records Standards).
