Three core courses with 405 total learning hours (teaching + research).

Comparative Public Law (3 credits); Dissertation/Capstone Project (5 credits) with supervised research; Optional internships at airlines, OEMs, or regulatory bodies.

As a mandatory component of Trimester 2, the International Research Tour provides 1–2 weeks of immersive global exposure. Students will visit aircraft manufacturer’s Final Assembly Line and engage with international aviation regulators and key legal institutions to explore regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and operational practices worldwide. This experience deepens their understanding of international aviation law and prepares them to address complex cross-border legal challenges in aircraft operations, safety, and aviation policy.

The LL.M. Programme offered by the Dhirubhai Ambani University – School of Law is fully compliant with Bar Council of India (BCI) guidelines. The programme fees include a mandatory 1–2 week International Research Tour to leading regulatory bodies, legal institutions, and technology hubs abroad.
All classes are conducted on-site at the Gandhinagar campus, and the programme is non-residential; hostel and mess facilities are not included in the fees, and students may make their own accommodation arrangements.
