The One-Year Regular LL.M. in Construction Law, Contracts & Arbitration is designed to meet the evolving needs of legal professionals in India and beyond. Spread across three trimesters, the programme balances core courses, electives, structured research assignments, and a mandatory international research tour. A mandatory part of Trimester 2, the international research tour offers students 1–2 weeks of global exposure. Students will visit legal institutions, foreign law firms, and arbitration hubs abroad to gain a comparative understanding in the field of Construction law, Contracts & Arbitration. This experience enriches their learning by connecting them with global experts and best practices, preparing them for cross-border legal challenges.
