Programme Overview
Curated as a unique executive program with a global outlook on aviation, and continuing the successful 1st and 2nd batch in Toulouse (2025) and New Delhi (2025), The Senior Executive Development Programme in International Aviation Law and Management (Batch 3) will be held from 8th to 12th June 2026. Sessions will be conducted in Toulouse, France, including an industry visit to the Airbus facility, followed by a dedicated day in Paris featuring visits to leading aviation-focused law firms and a networking evening at the iconic Aéro-Club de France.
By combining classroom learning with direct industry and institutional exposure in two key European aviation centres, the program aims to prepare senior aviation professionals to operate confidently in international settings and to contribute meaningfully to the future development of the global aviation sector. The programme has been designed in a manner that it focuses on certain key topics of the industry including International Aviation Legal Frameworks, Business Aviation / NSOP Operations, Ethics, Compliance, and Sustainability and Environmental Governance in Aviation.
The Executive Development Program is designed to provide participants with a practical and well-rounded understanding of how aviation systems function across jurisdictions. It bridges regulatory perspectives with operational and managerial realities, enabling participants to better appreciate how international standards shape day-to-day aviation operations as well as long-term strategic decision-making.
The program places emphasis on responsible leadership, effective governance, and regulatory compliance, recognising their role in ensuring safety, maintaining public confidence, and supporting sustainable growth in aviation. Participants are encouraged to engage with real-world challenges faced by aviation organizations operating in different regulatory and institutional environments.

The Toulouse experience situates participants within Europe’s premier aerospace hub through a structured visit to the Airbus Toulouse Final Assembly Line, offering a close view of how large-scale aircraft programmes are executed within a highly regulated industrial setting. The engagement focuses on production coordination, systems integration, and the operationalisation of safety, certification, and quality frameworks across the manufacturing lifecycle. Complementing this industrial exposure, a guided visit to Aeroscopia provides historical and technological context to European aviation development, bridging legacy aircraft innovation with contemporary manufacturing practices. Together, these engagements connect regulatory principles, industrial execution, and aviation heritage, offering participants a well-rounded understanding of Europe’s aerospace ecosystem.
