Against this backdrop, the Senior Executive Development Programme on Compliance, Safety, and Regulations in Aviation offers a unique opportunity for industry professionals to elevate their expertise while connecting with global leaders.
Over four dynamic days, participants will gain cutting-edge insights into the laws, regulations, and practices that define international aviation today. From ICAO frameworks and EASA certification to liability management, accident investigations, aviation safety and security, and export controls and economic sanctions, the programme blends academic depth with real-world application. A key highlight of the programme is an exclusive visit to Airbus’ Hamburg facility, where participants will experience aerospace innovation firsthand and engage with leaders shaping the industry’s future. This is complemented by a networking evening with senior members of the German Aerospace Industry Association, officials from the German Civil Aviation Authority, Advisors to the German Chancellor and CEOs of aerospace companies based in Hamburg. The evening will also offer participants an opportunity to exchange perspectives and gain deeper insights into the growing Indo-German partnership in aviation.

Applicants must possess a minimum of seven years of substantive professional experience within the aviation sector.
Final admission is subject to a comprehensive review of the applicant’s professional profile, followed by an interaction with the candidate as part of the selection process.
