Tax & Regulatory Reforms are going through a lot of changes in line with the changing business environment. The new Income Tax bill, 2025, the new Civil and Criminal Codes & the new Indian Evidence Act clearly show that the government wants to modernize the archaic language used during the British era. For Viksit Bharat, 2047- tax and regulatory systems should be simple, easy to follow & adaptable. The changes brought out by the government in the tax & regulatory field should be understood completely by all the stakeholders for better compliance and governance. This programme is aimed at providing a detailed insight to various tax and regulatory aspects. This programme shall enable the board room leaders & key managerial personnel to dive into the case studies & implement the same in their respective business.

Tax and Regulatory Compliance always matters a lot to boards of directors as it disrupts the business conduct, reputation and enterprise value if not complied on a timely basis. In our changing global environment with complex business structures in place, tax and regulatory system should be fully integrated and transparent in each of the jurisdictions where business is carried on. This two-day EDP is designed to cover the important aspects of tax & regulatory frameworks which get noticed in the Board room.
